Professional experience: Admiral (reserves) in the Israeli Navy. Served in several operational and administrative posts, including:

• CEO of RIM2I Ltd.
• Head of operational requirements, weaponry, R&D and planning department: initiated and managed processes of technological and operational reinforcement and renewal in the Navy. Managed projects dealing with infrastructures, technologies and resources in cooperation with Israeli and foreign industries, various navies all over the world, research institutes and development bodies in Israel and abroad.
• Head of naval operations: management of operations and routine security in the Navy (including submarines, torpedo boats, Naval Commando, vessels dealing with routine security, specialized vessels, technological installations, harbors, and naval bases) on various naval fronts.
• Command posts in the operational and administrative heart of the Navy: command of various types of naval missile boats, including the state-of-the-art flagship "Sa'ar 5". Command of a squadron of missile boats; second in command of the Navy's fleet of missile boats.

Professional experience: Colonel (reserves) in the Israeli Navy. Served from 1981 to 2008 in several senior operational and administrative positions, including:

• Commander of the division of development of the Navy's ship of the future: management of the unique project of development of the Navy's ship of the future. This assignment involved the formulation and design of the overall qualities and capability of the ship in response to the needs of the coming decades and various combat fronts. It required the harnessing of the most up-to-date technologies, through negotiations and active cooperation with the leading technological and research elements in Israel and the world.
• Commander of the Southern front of the Navy (Ashdod naval base): management of a big and complex unit charged with the security of the southern front, comprising a variety of vessels and an extensive techno-logistic structure, as well as infrastructure and resources. Special emphases in the post: setting up infrastructures, absorption of innovative operational technologies in the areas of control and inspection, and innovative systems for finding and identifying facilities connected with routine security.
• Command of operations at the operational and administrative heart of the Navy: command of every type of naval vessel, including the flagship "Sa'ar 5", and command of missile boats.
• Responsibility for plans for the security and defense of ports, protected areas and strategic installations.

Eli Shouach is a retired Israeli Navy Captain, employed now by Lahak Aviation and RIM2I. He holds the position of the Lahak Repair Station Accountable Manager.

Prior to serving in his current position, Eli's assignments included:

• 2013–2015: Commanding Officer of the Israeli Navy Logistics Base — responsible for providing all logistics services in support of the Israeli Navy operation.
• 2011–2013: Israeli Navy Shipyard Commanding Officer — in charge of all vessel maintenance and overhauling, maintaining and installing warfare systems, and maintaining all the Navy's shore facilities.
• 2008–2011: Tank and Automotive Components Maintenance Center — Commanding Officer.
• 2006–2008: Development of the future new platform and propulsion systems for the Israeli Navy — Branch Head.
• 2005–2006: Selling Israeli Navy platforms to a foreign navy — Project Team Leader.
• 2004–2005: Building new missile ships at the Israeli Shipyards — Project Team Leader.

Eli Shouach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion in Haifa (with excellence) since 1994.

Professional experience — Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet):

Completed over 23 years of service in the Israel Security Agency (ISA), where he held a rank equivalent to brigadier general, in a wide range of operational and senior management positions in various fields of security, including:

Director of Security of El Al Airlines:
Responsible for the protection and security of international flights of all Israeli civil airlines, including commercial, charter and cargo flights, and the protection of all Israeli airline installations abroad (over 50 facilities globally) in times of imminent threats and vulnerabilities to aviation travel and industry.

Deputy Director and Director of Operations in the Israeli Dignitary and Official Delegations Protection Unit:
Responsible for protection of Israeli dignitaries and Israeli official and state delegations overseas. Initiated, planned and commanded complex, sensitive and multidisciplinary protection operations in Israel and overseas, in cooperation with intelligence and protection communities around the world.

Regional Security Director for Western Europe:
Responsible for coordination, monitoring, professional direction and auditing of large, complex and sensitive security forces at international sites. Specialized in forming overall security concepts and security standards covering a wide range of fields and activities.

Consulting services:
After retiring from the ISA, Mr. Sasson has been consulting and providing services in the fields of security to government agencies and organizations both in Israel and internationally — including consulting on the planning and implementation of security arrays for commercial airlines, international airports, maritime and seaports, presidential and dignitary protection, and security for international mega-events overseas.

Mr. Sasson is a research associate at the Institute for Counter-Terrorism at IDC Herzliya, Israel.

• 2009–2010: Cdr., Israeli Navy Head of Submarines Branch — management of the new submarines build project: development and design, shipbuilding, introduction of new technologies to the Israeli Navy, project management in Navy HQ and with subcontractors. Responsibility for timelines and milestones, budget and customer acceptance.
• 2006–2009: Cdr., Israeli Navy Head of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering — marine engineering and naval architecture management for the Navy's vessels; design and development projects of surface and underwater vessels and equipment; management of advanced vessel and marine structure build projects; responsibility for design and analysis of marine vessel installations; led a large staff of engineers throughout the Navy's bases and HQ. Highest professional authority for the Navy's mechanical and aeronautical engineers.
• 2003–2006: Cdr., Head of Special Marine Technologies, Israeli Navy HQ — responsible for design, development and integration of complex underwater systems, from concept to operational stages. Managed the project team within the Navy — performing design and analyses — and controlled development processes with integrated military industries (Rafael, IAI).
• 2001–2003: Cdr., Head of Submarine Retrofit, Israeli Navy Shipyards — managing work plans, coordinating and supervising hundreds of employees, officers and subcontractors. Led the first Dolphin-class submarine retrofit project: project planning, execution, large work-team leadership, communication with the German submarine shipyards and designers, sea trials and commissioning into operational service.
• 1996–1999: Lt.
