FROM 1981-2008:
• Commander of the division of development of the Navy's ship of the future: management of the unique project of development of the Navy's ship of the future. This assignment involved the formulation and design of the overall qualities and capability of the ship in response to the needs of the coming decades and various combat fronts. It required the harnessing of the most up to date technologies, through negotiations and active cooperation with the leading technological and research elements in Israel and the world.
• Commander of the Southern front of the Navy (Ashdod naval base ): management of a big and complex unit charged with the security of the southern front, and comprising a variety of vessels and an extensive techno-logistic structure, as well as infrastructure and resources. Special emphases in the post: setting up infrastructures, absorption of innovative operational technologies in the areas of control and inspection, and innovative systems for finding and identifying facilities connected with routine security.
• Command of operations at the operational and administrative heart of the Navy: command of every type of naval vessel, including the flagship "Sa'ar 5", and command of missile boats.

Eli Shouach - Head Of Maintenance
Eli Shouach is a retired Israeli Navy Captain, employed now by Lahak Aviation and RIM2I. He holds the position of the Lahak Repair Station Accountable Manager.Prior to serving in his current position Eli's assignments included:
• 2013-2015: Commanding Officer of the Israeli Navy Logistics Base - responsible for providing all logistics services in support of the Israeli Navy Operation.
• 2011-2013: Israeli Navy Shipyard Commanding Officer, In charge of all vessels maintenance and overhauling, maintaining and installing Warfare Systems and maintaining all Navy's shore facilities.
• 2008-2011: Tank and Automotive Components Maintenance Center – Commanding Officer.
• 2006-2008: Development of the future New Platform and Propulsion Systems for the IN – Branch Head.
